Traditional Grape:

Modoc grown, Wilson harvested. A delicious, semi-dry white that goes especially well with chicken. Great for sipping. (wonderful marinade) |

This rose' matches a woman's taste. If you like White Zinfandel, you'll really like this. |

A great white to go with the lighter type of meals--just a hint of sweetness. |

Made in the traditional German style with flowers and sweetness. |

- Indian Trail Red- $13- One of Darins creations, barrel aged through the winter, won't last long if every body keeps bringing steaks to BYOM

"Not So Traditional":
- Midnight Red - Might be done by late May. Modoc grown, sweet with friends, comfort alone. $16.00. Coming back this spring.This port style wine took a lot work to get right and we think for the first time out the Wilson family got something to haunt you with at Midnight when you need a smile. Great late nightcaps and even better with cigars.
